RGS Craft Beer Run (Green/Blue)

4 days of Overland travel with a craft beer theme. A stop every day at one of
the following, craft brewery, restaurant with a great craft beer and food or provisioning stop with
ample craft beer favorites. We will be visiting some of the out of the way nano breweries that
make delicious combinations of craft beer. You will be able to find many tasty Craft beer
options during our stops to enjoy around the campfire at night.
We will be exploring some of the best trails while searching for tastiest craft beer that Vermont
has to offer. So, prep your Overland vehicle and gear for a craft beer expedition that is not to be
missed.

Trail Difficulty: Green/Blues ride
Required Equipment:
- 4X4 Overland Vehicle (with recovery gear, tools and spares)
- Camping gear (tents, sleeping bags, cooking gear and whatever you need
to be comfortable in the woods overnight 5 nights) - Food and provisions (There will be a provision stop each day)
- GMRS radio) Mounted unit or Handheld (Preferable both)

Trail Rating Scale
BLUE:
Blue level trails are for slightly modified vehicles and drivers who have been off road before. Vehicles will scrape and bang going on this level. Damage may happen depending on vehicle and how driver handles vehicle and terrain.

Vehicle Requirements
Blue Trail Rides (moderate difficulty) Minimum requirements:
-4X4 Street legal vehicle with Insurance
-31-inch tires All Terrain or Mud Terrain Tires (good tread condition)
-Rock Sliders
-Recovery points front and rear
-Full size spare tire
-Radio communications (we use GMRS)
-Basic tool Kit for your vehicle
-Tire deflator for airing down
-First Aid Kit appropriately sized for your vehicle and passengers.
-Appropriate Clothing and footwear for the conditions
-Vehicle Recovery Equipment
-Kinetic rope
-Shackles (multiple)
-Pulley block
-Winch line extension
-Gloves
-A fun and exciting attitude
-Fire extinguisher
